This lovingly restored 4 bedroom Dutch Colonial is the perfect beach getaway. All of the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including air conditioning, internet, gas grill, washer/dryer, fireplaces, outdoor deck/patio set, large yard, bikes, Amazon Fire TVs, steps to Lake Michigan, and much more.

The main floor offers a spacious family room thoughtfully decorated with new Joybird furniture. Cozy up to the fire for those cooler fall nights.
The open and airy first floor leads into the dining area with plenty of seating for everyone.
The fully equipped kitchen and large dining area are perfect for preparing and sharing meals together.
This cozy space on the first floor is great for reading or a peaceful afternoon nap.
Comfy Themed Bedrooms include the Captain's Quarters, the Laura Ashley Room, the Tommy Bahama Room, and the Master Bedroom (plus futon in basement)

About Us
Jeff and Becky Chandler are your hosts. We have two children Owen (14) and Margot (11) and a pug named Hank. We live in Oak Park, IL full-time and make our cottage available when we are not using it.
Enjoy the year round beauty of Harbor Country and all that it has to offer—just a two hour drive from Chicago. Just steps away to Lions Park Beach, Silver Beach, and Milton Park, all with playgrounds. Finish up the day with treats from Dairy Korner just a few of blocks away! You can bike or walk to the downtown and to the beaches, we would recommend driving to Silver Beach or Tiscornia for swimming. Our house is in a quiet residential area - please be respectful. Pets must be potty trained and stay off furniture and beds.
Rates and Check In/Out:
30 day or more rentals only - ~$4,000/month in summer
~$2,500-$3,500/month in off season
Utilities ~$400/month

$250+ cleaning fee depending on number of people and bedrooms used, pets.
